Lyle Coghlin and Patrick Tompkins are owners and co-founders of CTA and together bring over 30 years of industry experience working for leading companies including several years at the same firm.
CTA was founded on the philosophy that construction can be effectively managed through an efficient operational structure and collaborative environment resulting in realized cost savings throughout all phases of a project. The strength of the team lies in combined tactical engineering, operations management and finance expertise and over 15 years of friendship and professional working relationships.
Lyle Coghlin
Lyle Coghlin has over fifteen years of experience working for two of the nation's largest construction companies: Turner Construction and Suffolk Construction.
Past responsibilities have included cost engineering, budgeting, cost reporting, statistical analysis, financial forecasting, auditing and operations management.
Mr. Coghlin received a Bachelors of Science degree with honors in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and completed an MBA from Boston University.
Patrick Tompkins
Patrick Tompkins, is a registered Professional Civil Engineer with fifteen years of construction project management experience for Suffolk Construction, the Department of Navy and Fred Brunoli & Sons.
Mr. Tompkins has extensive experience managing highly complex mechanical public works projects, healthcare facilities and hotels.
Mr. Tompkins received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
