This project is new construction of a 33,000 sf Intergenerational Community Center for the Town of Randolph. The new facility will serve various recreational programs of the town, including the senior center and youth center. The Recreation Department and Elder Services Department will be housed at the new building.

The building will provide intergenerational programming to the town residents, including: recreational space (basketball, soccer, etc), technology classrooms, exercise and fitness rooms, theatre/arts, reading room, teaching kitchen and game room.
