Project Superintendent
We are looking for a Project Superintendent to manage large-scale, complex vertical building projects. Candidates should be leaders, team players, organized and have the ability to work with different teams within a fast-paced construction environment.
The Project Superintendent has the ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day onsite management of projects including:
• Ultimate responsibility for management of the project schedule
• Develop and maintain the site specific quality control plan
• Develop and maintain the site specific safety plan
• Develop and maintain the site logistics plan
• Conduct weekly foreman and superintendents meetings, assure regular meeting minutes are accurately prepared and distributed
• Assure daily construction reports are prepared in a thorough and timely manner
• Serve as liaison with the community where the project is being performed and promote CTA to those communities and the public at large
• Maintain client relations with architects, owners, subcontractors, etc.
Minimum Requirements
Ideal candidates should possess a Mass. Unrestricted Supervisors License, an Associates degree (or higher) in Construction Management (preferred, but not required) and 5 to 10 years of construction industry experience. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are a must.

Project Manager
We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager to manage large-scale projects throughout Massachusetts. Candidates should be self-starters, team players, and possess the ability to work with different teams within a fast paced construction environment.
The Project Manager has ultimate responsibility for project success including:
• Management of the project schedule
• Subcontractor and supplier buyout, procurement and management
• Construction controls processing including contracts and change orders
• Monthly owner and subcontractor AIA requisitions
• Project schedule production and maintenance
• Responsibility for all project budgets, costs, P/L, etc.
• Maintaining client relations with architects, owners, subcontractors, etc.
Minimum Requirements
Ideal candidates should possess a BS degree (civil engineering preferred) with 5 to 10 years of construction industry experience. Exceptional communication, organizational and computer skills are a must.
