Intelligent Building
Our team has extensive experience in the sustainable building industry and has managed multiple projects designed to meet LEED and MA-CHPS performance standards.
In the last seven years, CTA has championed the construction and renovation of 10 LEED-designed buildings and 14 MA-CHPS-designed buildings. All of these projects went on or will go on to receive LEED Silver (or higher) certification or MA-CHPS certification.
We are well-educated on the ever-evolving sustainable construction and design practices and have systems in place to document and apply for certifications, should owners require them.
