WALTHAM, Ma. – Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) has awarded CTA Construction the prestigious Gold Level of Achievement in the Safety Training and Evaluation Process (STEP) award for 2014. ABC requires extensive personnel training, on-the-job performance, documentation and evaluation in order to qualify for STEP awards.

STEP was established in 1989 by the ABC National Environment and the Health and Safety Committee in order to assist ABC member contractors in evaluation and improving corporate safety practices, all while recognizing outstanding safety training efforts.
