Intelligent Building
Our team has extensive experience in the sustainable building industry and has managed multiple projects designed to meet MA-CHPS, LEED and Net Zero performance standards.
In the last fourteen years, CTA has championed the construction and renovation of 19 MA-CHPS-designed, 15 LEED-designed and 2 Net Zero-designed buildings. All of these projects went on or will go on to receive MA-CHPS certification, LEED Silver (or higher) certification or Net Zero certification .
We are well-educated on the ever-evolving sustainable construction and design practices and have systems in place to document and apply for certifications, should owners require them.
