This CTA project involved the $1.3M design-build renovation and addition to a 75-year old golf clubhouse.

Renovations consisted of total demolition and fit-out of the existing 1st floor including a mechanical system upgrade, new lounge, pro-shop, bar, locker rooms and bathrooms. The new additions are comprised of a glass sunroom as well as added storage rooms for the pro shop and club members. The entire building envelope was replaced with an exterior stucco system and new shingle/metal roofing.

The 2nd floor clubhouse function hall remained operational during construction.
