CTA is pre-qualified for the $68M Rockland Elementary School project in Rockland, MA. Designed by SMMA Architects, the project is a new 121,00sf, two story building with new parking lots, turf and grass sports fields. It includes the abatement and demolition of the existing school. The project consists of 7 phases and the construction timeline spans March 2021 thru May 2023.
