    The Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) has certified that the New Bresnahan Model Elementary School in Newburyport, MA as achieving CHPS Verified Leader status. CHPS Verified Leader status is the highest level of recognition for high performance schools within the CHPS program.
