Located in downtown Lowell in the multi-story 1800’s era J.C. Ayer Company industrial building, the former mill building was renovated to create 40,000 sf of residential units at a cost of $3.6 million. Asbestos and hazardous material abatement/wood and masonry restoration was completed.
