The Madison Medical Arts Building involved the conversion of a 100,000 sf office building into an outpatient medical building for Morristown Medical Center. Medical suites included an Invitro Fertilization (IVF) Laboratory, Pain Management Clinic, and Ambulatory Surgical Center at a construction cost of $8.5 million.
