Providing general contracting services for the Army Corps of Engineers and National Union Fire Insurance Company. The project schedule is constrained with specific phased owner occupancy dates. Scope of work includes a 100% renovation of approximately 25,000sf of building space including new electrical and mechanical systems, fire protection, interior finishes as well as the complete renovation of a 5,000sf kitchen & dining facility. Many creative solutions are developed in order to overcome obstacles and complete the project ahead of schedule.
