The project consists of a new three-story elementary school building, associated site work, landscaping and demolition and/or relocation of the existing athletic field improvements on the site. The gross area of the new building is approximately 98,195 square feet. The new school is designed to follow the topography with the lower level built into the grade on the south side and is designed for 425 students in grades Kindergarten through 2nd plus 45 Pre-Kindergarten students. The design locates the administration area near the entrance and includes a gymnasium and a cafeteria with a platform.
