This project consists of the revitalization of Putnam Gardens Apartments at 64 Magee Street, Cambridge, MA. Putnam Gardens is a three building complex with 122 family apartments served by 3 story walkup common stairwells typically serving 9 or 12 apartments per stairwell. Work in the apartments includes a complete renovation of kitchen and bathrooms with new finishes and fixtures as well as selective rehab of other items throughout the apartment interior including additional insulation, repainting the interior, new heating baseboard, new supply and return ventilation, new addressable fire alarm system, a new sprinkler system, and related gypsum wallboard ceilings and soffits. Additionally, repairs to flooring, door frames, and windows will be made in the apartments.
