This project is the construction of a new 112,000 sq ft “model” elementary school, adjacent to the existing Bresnahan Elementary School. The existing school will be demolished upon completion of the new school. Elements of the new school include classrooms and special education classrooms, art, music, gymnasium, media center, cafeteria/kitchen, administrative offices, and health offices.
The project participated in the Massachusetts Collaborative for High Performance Schools (MA CHPS) and achieved CHPS Verified Leader status certification.
