This project was the demolition and renovations of two distinct areas of the Brookline High School campus including an aquatics center as well as the main high school building for a total area of 49,500sf. The building was occupied during construction and the renovations. Work included two new entrances including structural canopies, a completely renovated locker room area, as well as replacement of all heating, plumbing and fire protection systems. The project included the abatement and demolition of a portion of the existing structure.
