The project scope of work involves an addition and renovations to an existing high school. The renovation work on the project involves 138,000 square feet and includes classrooms, library and cafeteria. The new addition to the school consists of classrooms, auditorium, gymnasium, and locker rooms totaling approximately 82,630 square feet. The construction work is being phased.
