The Hurld-Wyman Elementary School project will consist of the new construction of a three-story, 71,000 SF, 410 student elementary school. This project will aim to achieve a LEED Silver Certification from the US Green Building Counsel. The new facility will include a cafeteria, gymnasium, library, classrooms and administrative spaces. In addition to the school, the grounds will contain synthetic turf athletic fields, playgrounds, tracks, and a community garden / farmer’s market. The project is expected to be completed by June 2018.
