Upon completion of Phase Two, Phase Three will commence with the construction of the remaining apparatus bays and associated site work.

The exterior will be masonry, with light gage metal frame back-up. The roof structure will be a combination of truss construction at sloping areas, and steel / metal deck at low-slope roof areas. Interior partitions will be a combination of masonry and light gage metal framing. Interior finishes will include CMU walls, painted gypsum walls and ceilings, acoustic ceiling tile, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, epoxy flooring and carpet. Building systems will include equipment and systems to provide complete electrical, plumbing fire suppression / sprinklers, and HVAC services.

Other elements of work include site clearing, concrete, site infrastructure & utilities, communications tower and provisions of all new building utility services (power, water, sanitary, etc).
