CTA provided General Contracting services for the construction of a new 27,000 sf, 2 story public safety building in Lunenburg, MA. The building houses the town’s Police and Fire Departments. One centrally located dispatch room and emergency operations/communications center support both departments.

The police department contains a booking area, 7 holding cells, interrogation rooms, evidence processing and storage rooms, an armory, locker rooms, and office space. The Fire Department includes 6,400 sf of apparatus bays, work areas, locker rooms, bunkrooms, a day room with a dining facility, office space, and a hose tower equipped with training gear.
