The project consists of a new 25,145 gross square foot, 2 story fire station facility. The project is located on an undeveloped parcel of land involving invasive vegetation removal and enhancement of an existing culvert crossing the main access drive to the project site. The scope of work includes a complete construction and site development. The building features include five (5) apparatus bays, maintenance bay, administrative offices, locker rooms, twelve (12) dorm rooms as well as a fitness center and dining/day room with full kitchen.
