Provided general contracting services for interior and exterior renovations to an existing public health center in Brookline, MA. The scope of work involves the complete gut renovation of an existing 3-story, 15,000 square foot building. Interior renovations include a new elevator and elevator shaft, asbestos abatement, complete interior demolition, new electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protections systems as well as new finishes. Exterior renovations include new windows, roofing, and restoration of the existing brick façade. Specific challenges of this building include an aggressive 7-month schedule and environmentally friendly “green” construction throughout including solar panels that power the entire building.
