CTA is the general contractor for the addition and alterations of the existing Town Hall in Wrentham, MA. The new addition includes a cast in place concrete vault, new elevator, bathrooms, a stairwell, and records storage area. The new addition is constructed of masonry bearing walls with brick veneer and poured in place concrete decks. The existing building construction consists of a complete gut rehab including asbestos and hazardous material abatement. The renovated area houses offices, meeting rooms, record storage, a stairwell, and common spaces. The exterior brick receives a complete rehab including cleaning and repointing of existing brick. The exterior includes an entrance canopy constructed of Architecturally Exposed Structural Steel.
