This project is new construction of a 33,000 sf Intergenerational Community Center for the Town of Randolph. The new facility serves various recreational programs of the town, including the senior center and youth center. The Recreation Department and Elder Services Department houses at the new building. The building provides intergenerational programming to the town residents, including: recreational space (basketball, soccer, etc), technology classrooms, exercise and fitness rooms, theatre/arts, reading room, teaching kitchen and game room.
