This project was the interior and exterior renovations of a four-story 50,000 sf Historical Ames Schoolhouse (circa 1892). Construction included a small three-story addition with new concrete foundations and steel structure. Some of the interior historical features were retained and refinished. Most of the existing exterior building components are original to the building and were refinished including the windows.
