Dracut Town Hall, a circa 1890 building, will be torn down to make way for an expanded town-center complex that includes a new Town Hall, the Moses Greeley Parker Library, and the Grange Hall.  In addition to bringing the Sewer Department and offices from the Town Hall Annex all under one roof, it will also bring the structures into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.  The new 22,000 sf building will include administrative offices, storage, a six hour vault, selectmen’s meeting room, and common areas with a high level of finishes.  The building exterior consists of clapboard siding and asphalt shingle roofing to create a residential look that blends into the neighborhood.
